Common Sense Fruit Control

So the UK is getting those dangerous knives under control now:

The first “anti-stab” knife is to go on sale in Britain, designed to work as normal in the kitchen but to be ineffective as a weapon.

The knife has a rounded edge instead of a point and will snag on clothing and skin to make it more difficult to stab someone.

But what about the really dangerous stuff?

Now go away, or I shall taunt you a second time.

I am from a family of five wild boys. Mom never trusted us with knives at the dinner table. That did not stop me from stabbing my older brother with a fork... or my younger brother from using a potato masher on my face...

Mom finally would allow only spoons at the table. Naturally my older brother sought revenge for being forked, so he used a spoon to catapult a marble into my forehead.

Mealtime was always like a prison riot. Mom finally gave up trying to disarm us. The British someday will give up too.
