You know, the way to move me from thinking “your side is muddle headed” to thinking “your side is profoundly anti-human, and perhaps should be exterminated” is to tell me that we can’t live with dogs, and joke that we should eat them.At least they only want to starve children to save Mother Gaia. Most of them. For now.

What really pisses me off about these people is the lack of understanding of the very concept of Gaia.
If the Earth is a living entity (and the solar system, the galaxy, the universe, the multiverse, etc etc), and we're pests, I'm sure it would have the balls to knock off a few billion of us to save itself.
And, you know what? Maybe the Sun is well on its way to doing just that. Time is a lot more complex than we think it is, and on the grand scheme of things, we'll only be here a short while longer anyway.
The very concept of Gaia is ok in my book, do what you want, but the fact they always seem to miss is that if all of this were true, we belong here as much as any other animal, and have the same 'rights' as all of the creatures under the sun.
I'm sick of these people. Maybe they should start the exterminations with themselves, then we'll go from there.
I wonder what sort of glue they're sniffing?
