Manga guides to science and math

I saw these at DEFCON, and they look pretty interesting if you have Middle School or High School kids.

Here's the blurb:
Megumi is an all-star athlete, but she's a failure when it comes to physics class. And she can't concentrate on her tennis matches when she's worried about the questions she missed on the big test! Luckily for her, she befriends Ryota, a patient physics geek who uses real-world examples to help her understand classical mechanics-and improve her tennis game in the process!
There are Manga Guides for Databases, Calculus, Statistics, Electricity, Molecular Biology, Relativity, Biochemistry, Linear Algebra, and the Universe.

These look pretty fun, I must admit.

From the perspective of someone who has watched probably too much anime, I was thinking it was going to be something along the lines of: Wearing a bikini will let you dodge bullets and wielding a sword when your are a thirteen year old girl will allow you to cut tanks in half.

Dang. I might've done better in physics if I'd've had books like that!

I don't suppose they have one on managing software development projects, do they? I can think of a few people who'd get some use out of that.

Miss B just started Statistics today. Bought a relevant copy and sent it to her.

She's a Manga fiend. Hopefully she'll pass Stats.
