Keeping the muzzle pointed in a safe direction since 2008
I honestly assume it is some sort of pathological laziness.
My first thought is "publick ejukashun".
But it has deep roots. Hams have used "u" for "you" in Morse code for decades. But that was probably out of laziness too.
As it should be...hell, I know some that can't even spell, four.
For hams it was both laziness and efficiencyU = ..-you = -.-- --- ..- which is significantly different than u vs you (on a keyboard)U doesn't bug me as much as Prolly - particularly when I hear it in speech. Was there something horribly wrong with probably? Was it worth saving 2 Characters? Is there an L in there anywhere? No - they were in fact Idiots. Judgy doesn't mean wrong. It usually means calling people on their crap.
I agree 100%!
U R funny!LOLHow about people who write "+1" in a blog comment?
Yeah. +1 whut MSgtB said.
BP, Your doing it wrong. You should use 'U' instead of 'you' when ever possible. Using 'U' will make shure theirs no chance u are misunderstood. That data supports my argument. [/snark]Brad
