UPDATE 25 March 2010 19:34: Yum. The wooden spoon is to make a crease in the rolls. The rolls are much thinner than they should be, because the dough stuck to the plastic wrap on the final rise. Next time, I'll grease the wrap. Sure tasted good, though.
The sausage were Trader Joe's Sweet Apple sausage, and are particularly good.

Something really easy as an extra side dish (though beware, I am a college student):
1 can baked beans
~1 cup frozen corn
~1 tablespoon garlic (not powdered)
~1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
Hot sauce to taste (or you could put in some canned jalepenos, or roasted green chilis, etc)
Heat it up and put it on a plate.
It'll fit right in with spam!
Proceed with caution. Spam in close proximity to home made anything has been known to initiate a black hole.
I'd hate for the world to end 'cuz of an incongruous dinner pairing :)
