The Czar would remind everyone that he has *exactly* the same climatology credentials as VP Al Gore: undergraduate college work. Except my training is about ten years newer than his was.
And VP Gore and I have more of a foundation, therefore, than most of the people screaming in favor of AGW. Even when I had the college course in 1988, our instructor was dismissing global warming. Maybe that's the difference, given who Mr. Gore's professor was.
