#1 Son's first beer

Or perhaps I should say "bier" - Hoffbrauhaus, Munich, December 1996.

One of my favorite pictures, as you can imagine.

Here's an interesting thought...legalize beer to minors and tax the crap out of it... the beer companies would make some $$$ and maybe state and local governments would too.

Interesting idea, Edge.

I have to say that (of course) he didn't drink beer. He had Affeltasse or some such thing.

But it sure makes a great picture.

If not legalize beer to minors, why not lower the legal age to sell to 18 for beer & wine, leaving distilled spirits at 21? An 18 year old can vote but can't legally buy a drink? Doesn't make much sense to me -- we need one consistent age of majority. Period.
