ROTF... That is hilarious!!!
Evil, pure evil. Thankfully they don't have carpet.
All funny until Crash breaks the code, grabs the thing and pulls down the ceiling fan. Then it'll be really funny.
A friend and I were sitting in his apartment one evening during the 90's, and I noticed a piece of yarn hanging from his ceiling fan. I started chuckling in that coughing, Beavis and Butt-Head sort of way and suggested he tie a stuffed toy to the piece of yarn for the cats to play with. He did, after several tests to get the length of yarn correct, the toy went bouncing around the room, with the cats (three of them) in hot pursuit. We both busted a gut laughing about it.Hey Beavis...heh heh heh heh...
Safer for the fan if you can figure out how to mount a laser pointer to it.I'm thinking a mount that would use the centrifugal force to activate the "on" switch would be best. It might help if there was some sort of wobble to the unit, so the beam path would give the cat a more interesting target to chase.
