Beretta AR-70

If this isn't a recruiting poster, it should be.

The AR-70 replaced the old Beretta BM-59, basically a M-1 Garand with a detachable magazine. This model is in 5.56mm NATO instead of the old .308 used by the BM-59. "Model" meaning the rifle, not the paratrooper, of course.

How can they cram so many things that I like into one picture?

She makes me wonder if one paratrooper can still say to another, "let's hit the silk."

I must be blind - I don't see a link to sign up/enlist.

Please advise.

Well, if you really want to join the Italian Army, it should be a matter of a call to their local consulate...

Even the Beatles knew that "Happiness is a warm gun".
