I don't think that the problem is the Democrats, and I don't think the solution is the Republicans. The problem is that there's a permanent political class that has increasing contempt for the voters, and who is aided and abetted by their lackeys in the traditional media. If the Republicans are not as bad as the Democrats in this, it's not for lack of trying.

I bought tools today
I also bought a locking toolbox. Don't ask.
On the plus side, the Snow Cone ice shavers that Wally World had on sale make just dandy slushies. Yay, me!

Are you starting to channel Steve H. (Tools of Renewal)?
So...don't keep us hanging! What bargains did you find?
I was out buying tools today as well. Bought a No2 Stanley plane, about a number 4 unmarked plane, and three rattail files, all for $10.
The big find of the day was a one man crosscut saw with the teeth in really good shape for $13.00. I have to replace the handle ($20) and it's ready for use in the woodlot.
Ha! I know the feeling about the Leatherman. My daughter got me a Leatherman Juice S2 for Christmas. I thanked her for it, thinking it would be another one of those things I would never use. Wrong! I use that darn thing pretty much every day and usually several times a day. I don't know what I ever did without it! The tool it has are perfect for me.

Ritchie, I don't think so. Not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing.
Viking, I finally got a Leatherman. Can't believe that I went this long without one.
