Luckily Flash is dead, so yes that's true :)

But thanks to modern web browsers I can watch whatever I want. Linux even plays DVDs these days. And on my 4k CPU desktop it can play them really-really fast ;)

Unfortunately Flash is "not dead yet!", and I see even certain "secure" sites (mostly academical) using it. Can't go quick enough to suit me, and IT security isn't even my field.

I’m a Fedora user, so getting flash working was work. Then I rediscovered the Fedy project. I thought it had died. It hadn’t. It probably could have done that for me.

So, yay, flash is working. Not such much reading DVDs. I’ve made progress on that front, but that just means my box tries a bit harder before giving up.
