That shouldn't be a show stopper. Measure the diameter of the tubes, and also measure the center to center distance. Contact the manufacturer of the screen and tell them what your up against. They probably have the correct tube clamps and a offset adjustment bracket to make your screen work if not a complete install kit for the custom trees/tubes.
Surely this isn't the first time that this has happened to this windhield manufacturer. Call them. Have them send the proper clamps (which I'll bet you $100 that they have), and then install it yourself.

Are they oversize tubes or a different width on the trees? What type of windscreen did you buy?
Tony, they are oversized. But the installation just jumped from "standard" to "custom" in my book.
Buy tools ... start with calipers.

This is a lot cheaper than going to a dealer.
