Yo-Yo Ma and Alison Krauss/Anthony Kearns - The Wexford Carol
This is a lovely tune, dating back to the 12th century. Mark Steyn featured this on his Christmas show last year, with a Anthony Kearns performing a traditional Irish tenor version.
Both versions were enjoyable on their own merits. I loved Alison's voice, and the variety and range of musical accompaniment (the 'pipes really worked well for this), but I also appreciated Anthony's clarity of voice and phrasing, as I was able to understand the lyrics better as he sang them. The simplicity of the piano accompaniment was also very enjoyable, especially with the skillful grace notes the pianist provided.

Thanks for posting both of these versions.
Oops. How could I leave out what a treat it was to hear Yo Yo play for this.
