When you're, err, shooting tangos, aim isn't everything; it's the only thing. Or if you miss, you can just delete that one and try again. Or something.
The Tactical Four Reticle Sight fits onto your camera's hot shoe, to make it more, err, tactical. Cross-hairs and lasers and everything. It seems entirely silly and useless.

I don't see it as entirely useless, at least potentially. It would be used photographically for the same reasons that a red dot is used over a scope, when speed of target acquisition is favored over absolute precision--long zoom lens with image stabilization, get the dot on target and worry about the crop in photoshop.
