“The natural progress of things is for liberty to yield, and government to gain ground.”
Those sound like relatively minor problems. As I understand it, the situation is much worse. Consider that the F-35 is around 10 years old - and it's readiness rate is still terrible. That means that there are major, not minor, problems.Publicly, the readiness rate is "under 50%", which would be awful for a plane that ought to be mature by now. Scuttlebutt has readiness under 20% - if true, that's disastrous.
Waitwaitwait:You mean all those F-35 pilots hand-picked by the Air Farce to tell us how great ("Better than sex!") it is might have been...testi-lying???https://memegenerator.net/img/instances/400x/63594749/im-completely-surprised-this-is-my-shocked-face.jpgHey, HBO, I feel a sequel to "Pentagon Wars", with a self-writing script, could be sitting in your inbox about now.
Given the state of the mass media and the average journalist - I'd only believe the pilot himself. Having said that I am personally convinced that the F22 is the real champ that needs to be put into play.
F-35 has MAJOR problems across ALL variants...
