Combine this with a bit of scripting, a list of default username/passwords to common routers, and you could really cause havoc.
The real havoc is going to be caused by some stoned out nerd, outside a home on the front walk or lawn, from whence he detected unsecured WiFi. Imagine if you will that he starts waving his sword wildly in the air (with jerky stoned-out wild-man movements) just as the armed homeowner comes out and sees this madman on his property waving a sword and takes him as a threat. A few bangs later and the havoc will have begun.
