Sir Edward Elgar - Enigma Variations, "Nimrod"

This piece is very popular in Elgar's native Britain on Remembrance Day (their equivalent of Memorial Day).  It's appropriate for the mood of this weekend.

Just listened to Pomp and Circumstance last week at graduation. There is a lot more to Elgar as you thoughtfully demonstrated.
In Maine as I write this, only 54 here.
