That does look like my Road Glide (well, it looks like a Road Glide from a similar year as mine), but I wouldn't recommend the leather tank cover holsters. You'd have to move the guns to your actual holsters if you parked and had to go to the Little Harley Room, if you know what I mean. That'd be violating Tam's "Stop Touching Them" rule.
And you'd definitely have to be in an Open Carry State, and one where the PoPo takes Open Carry laws seriously.

I also don't see the point of the backward strapped six-gun on the left, unless you're going to empty the semi-auto on the right, holster it, and cross-draw the backward strapped six-gun on the left while riding at full speed through a posse of bad guys.
And if you're going to be that far outside the realm of reality, why not have guns in both hands a'blazing True Grit style?
And you leave the bike parked outside while you dash into the store for a few things?
That's an Electra Glide or Street Glide, with a fork-mounted batwing fairing.
The Road Glide has a frame-mounted sharknose fairing.
That is just flat dumb... sigh
He only shoots right-handed. Hope he has a throttle lock!
ISTR that police bikes in the 30's (not Harley) had the throttle on the left-hand grip.
I wear a Aerostich suit and a local seamstress added a zippered pocket on my left chest area where I can carry. (she modified the glove carrying pouch)
Its not like a good holster, but it is comfortable and reasonably quick to get at.
It's just a show piece. A lot of the leather crafters will use Harleys as a stage to display their skill. I remember one (was it Alligator Bob, maybe?) - I think that guy could actually 'tattoo' leather for some stunning masterpieces. The compound curves on this gas tank jobs would require the work of an artisan at the top of his game.
I'm with Glen - I see this as just a showpiece. While I haven't seen the same before, I have seen similar tank holsters. They look nice but aren't very practical.
