As a longtime reader doing a roadtrip through the US having currently reached Austin I was inspired enough by your blogshoot posts that I decided it was time to try out some shooting. Headed out to a shooting range nearby (assuming you don't want any commercial in your comments I won't name it) with my two friends and had a blast firing ar-15, an AK as well as some handguns. Thanks for the inspiration!

Johan, welcome and I'm glad that the air smelled like freedom!
I must say that when I shot the .50 BMG a couple weeks back, the recoil gave me a bit of an "uf da" moment. ;-)
