If you (well, I) were to slow braise a bison pot roast with potatoes and carrots, and then thicken the liquid with a roux, and then slice the pot roast and cut into bite sized chunks and add it back to the gravy and vegetation, you'd have a mighty tasty bison stew.
And if you had two teenage boys* you'd be right out of bison stew, right quick.
* Actually #1 Son is 20 now, so under the new Obamacare regulations he'll only be a teenager for another 12 years ...

And under those same Obamacare and FDA regulations you'd be arrested for serving stew without a license.
