I've been a bit of a Grumpy Gus lately, with a decided shortage of Sunshine 'n' Kittens. So here's your Sunshine 'n' Kittens.
OK, there's no sunshine, and it's a full grown cat, but the dog has a pretty darn cute way of dealing with pesky problems.

His tail is wagging, so all is good.
Seems to just be play all the way around.
Cats are the spawn of Satan as evidenced by that one going for the jugular of the peaceful and loving golden.
I've seen the Hairless Dogs do this, so maybe I can try it..
Kitty, if you going to try and tear my throat out, you need a larger mouf. Or I need less furs. - - The Dog.

Well, yeah, but if you know tail-language it's even funnier. That's a Golden Retriever, maybe the most determinedly good-natured breed on earth. That sort of half-hearted wag he (she?) is doing, just the outer half of the tail, means "I'm not really sure what's going on here, but it doesn't seem like a threat..."
Meanwhile, Cat's lashing tail says "I want to kill something!"
