I have some teak souvenirs from the Iowa and the Missouri. Several of my friends visited the Texas last year. We're all very happy that the required effort id being used to save her.
I got to go under the battleship Massachusetts when she was in dry dock, oh, 20 years ago. My buddy's dad was dockmaster in Boston for the one working drydock.
