Record setting Global Warming in Boston

Rick emails to point out the hottest snowiest year ever In Boston:
Yes, we have officially surpassed those 107.6 inches recorded during the Winter of 1995-1996. We have received more snow during this 2014-2015 season than any since 1872—before that, they didn’t even keep records.

That's almost 150 years. Since the rules seem to be that whenever there is a hot summer or a drought we're subjected to shrieks of ZOMGTHERMAGEDDON!!!1!eleventy!! Then in that same spirit I shall mock the Progressives.

Hey Progs, if Global Warming causes both record heat and record snow, is there anything that can falsify your precious theory?

Hey, maybe you can hide the decline or something.

More snow is a sign of global warming.

We are at war with Eastasia. We have always been at war with Eastasia.

Yesterday's snow did make everything nice again. All the plowed piles were getting really rotten looking. Now it's all pristine white again!

And we hit the record!

As much as I hate to point it out....

Increased hydrologic cycles (meaning more rain, and yes, more snow) would be a result of warming climate in some areas.

No one said it wouldn't ever drop below freezing ever again. All it takes for snow is rain plus sub freezing temps.

We all get twitterpated when they lie and make stupid logical leaps. Let's not join them in their stupidity.

This winter was stupidly warm in over half the nation, regardless of what happened in new england. I've never had such a warm winter here out west, in 35 years of living here.

I think that's a natural cycle. I don't think it has anything to do with thermaggeddon. The temp data to date almost certainly shows that we're going to make the switch over to drastic calamitous cooling soon, so I'm going to enjoy the warmth while I can.

Climate change even accounts for when the Climate ISN'T changing. (because they can prove it should be so climate change must be making it not change). Lack of evidence IS evidence.

Nonsense, Goober, 10 years ago the Brits were saying they'd never see snow in England again (I'm exaggerating a bit).

Last year some moron said that "lake effect" snow would disappear as the climate warmed. I still want to know what he was drinking....
