One thing more about NSA
They run the National Cryptologic Museum at Ft. Meade, MD - highly recommended if you're in the Washington, D.C. area. Not only can you buy an NSA coffee mug at the NSA Store there (you think I'm making this up, but I'm not), they have tons old old crypto machines on display. Like this WWII German Enigma.
I'm guessing that with two posts in a row, I'll have some interesting Sitemeter logs ...

Via T-Bolt. Heh. But dude - Internet Explorer 6? You really should upgrade to IE8 (or Firefox) which is much more secure.
If you go to the MIT Flea Market on the third Sunday of the month from April-November, you will see a guy who has a display of Enigma machines. He's also at some other Ham Radio/Electronics flea markets as well.
Nova also did a show on how the Brits broke the Enigma code during WWII. Interesting stuff to geeks like me.
