Rest in peace, Captain Dickson

One of the Tuskegee Airmen, lost in action in 1944.  His remains have just been recovered and identified.
All we have of freedom
all we use or know
this our fathers bought for us
long and long ago.

I had the honor to meet a few of them over my life, and our DVM back in Long Beach went to the Tuskegee Institute.

Fine men, all of them!

Rest in peace, Captain.
