I soaked it good with PB Blaster including underneath the housing that the bolt went into. Let it soak overnight. Got my strongest ratchet and c-a-r-e-f-u-l-l-y used the cheat bar.
Out it came. Yay, me!
Thanks to everyone who left comments yesterday. Still not happy that a one hour job turned into a whole day, but onward!

Patience is a virgin... er... VIRTUE. I had this happen with a "bonnet nut" on a Delta shower faucet. Changing the seals in these things is usually about a 15-minute job. When the bonnet nut gets stuck, nots'much. The trouble with these is that you can't go ape on them. Too much torque, and you'll twist the whole body of the valve and break the plumbing off of it inside the wall! I tried the "granny wobble" on it with a Channelock plier several times. No joy. I mean that thing was FROZEN on there! I soaked the whole mess with WD-40, tapped the bonnet nut a few times, and engaged in prayer over the thing for about a half hour. I went back and tried the granny wobble again and the bonnet nut backed right out as if God Himself had loosened it for me!
Do yourself a favor; even if you NEVER plan on removing those bolts, put some never-Seize on them during reassembly... You JUST.NEVER.KNOW...
Any guy in the shop younger than 27 should have their impact drivers locked out so they will only work CCW.
Any guy under 21 shouldn't be allowed air tools at all unless there's a senior guy watching. With a 2 by 4.

Patience has been The solution in dealing with stubborn bolts. Dosing it and leaving it alone is smart. Did it show penetration of the lube down the threads much?

Pete,that is true, unless the project is meant to increase performance. Speed takes Cubic money and at least triple the time.
Yeah, running the valves on the backhoe because it was clattering insanely. Figured out it had dropped part of a valve seat. The rest fell out while I was adjusting the valve. It's a pretty day. I'm gonna see about getting the exhaust and hood off. Start soaking manifold bolts. It's been a while since 1985.
I've gotten a few nuts and bolts loose with PB blaster that I thought were going to be impossible. It's legit good stuff.
