Tech Support

I have to say, technical support is typically a thankless task. I've worked with some simply stellar support guys, and it takes a particular personality type to keep from burning out.
That was greatness. I only wish most Indian support guys spoke that well.
What is real fun is when you have to teach some supposed Indian engineer how their own software works, when they are supposed to be fixing your problem.
