Teh funny - Yum!

Breda just posted the Best. Recipe. Ever. Brown Sugar Glazed Bacon - Pig Candy. Go read it, I'll wait.

The problem, of course, is summed up in her last line:
Always make more than you think you'll need.
Ah, there's the rub. I don't think that it's possible to have too much of this. My oven, alas, is far too small.

But not to worry - a country so great as to come up with pig candy is up to the task of ensuring adequate supply. Like a Gas Fired, Belt-Fed Conveyor Oven.

Wisconsin Oven manufactures a wide variety of belt conveyor ovens, including flat belt style, chain conveyors, chain-edge, mesh belt, serpentine, chain-on-edge, slat type, and other arrangements, as well as multi-tier conveyor ovens.
Imagine, dear reader, your very own Krispy Kreme style factory producing not yeasty, sugar coated fat pills, but porky, sugar coated fat pills.

Unfortunately, you need a Class 3 Federal Oven License for this baby ....

I'm afraid that I'm quite overcome with the emotion of it.
