That was amusing but it shows a larger problem with less absurd versions of password bingo. Special characters, for example, in some sites doesn't mean all special characters, just some of them. I didn't get far enough to see the dreaded, "you used this password in 1996" prohibition.
It is all just theater anyway to make you think the corporate goofs actually secure their servers.

If one of the published rules is that the password must be a palindrome, then all passwords have been effectively cut in half.
