Two words
Honeybaked Ham. Dang, that was good. Fed a ton of people and there's a bunch left. And if there's a better dish for nibbling, I can't think what it would be.
A couple of years ago, I found this recipe for leftover ham, called Casablanca Chili.
http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Casablanca-Chili/
It has an odd mix of ingredients - peanut butter, mango chutney (I used mango salsa, as I couldn't find the chutney then) and raisins, that I find delicious.
I used the honey baked ham leftovers and just threw everything into a crock pot.

Merry Christmas!
Honeybaked and a roasted turkey... Alternating sammiches... :-)
You need to try the HoneyBaked Ham brand of turkey. It is good also.
Corporate America at its best. :)
Left over Honeybaked ham makes the best Ham'n beans ever.
Honeybaked is legit, yes.
Just don't eat this where people keep pet pigs.
