I'd add a SawsAll to the kit, especially battery operated with a spare battery. Been there, done that. Three here a few years ago. Wish the batteries were 20volt then.
Pure insanity. Rent a mini excavator and pull it out in less than a minute. I had Black Walnut trees, 30-40 inches at the base and used an ex. A few gallons of diesel and watch it all burn. What happens if one of your neighbors gets hurt helping you? They will see you in court. No longer can anyone ask for neighbor's help with anything. Polite society left the stage 20 years ago.
It must have been an oversight in leaving out the US military M18A1 stump removal kit. Years ago, it worked for me. Of course, that was rather quickly followed by some strange lookin dudes asking a bunch of questions. I sort of chalked it up to swamp gas.

How much of it did you dig out?

Dynamite...just sayin... ;-)
That's a kit for a small stump, not a large one.
Backhoe,, you misspelled backhoe.
It's the Swiss Army knife of stump removal kits.

Tannerite, black powder, or ammonium nitrate & diesel.

Or rent a stump saw...
Or call a stump grinder guy and pay him $75. and save everyone's back. That what it cost 3 years ago for the very large stump in my yard.
Y'beat me to it...
