Well... chickens are basically dinosaurs, and I'm learning that even the female of the species can be quite aggressive. So a watch-chicken does make a kind of sense.

Have a small Santaria convention, those birds will be cleaned up in mere seconds.
Gotta have sumthin' to keep the friggin' cats under control!
Of course, the best is when one of those tourists are looking up at said chicken and it decides to offload!

If the wings aren't clipped, they can fly fairly well.
