In my neck of the woods, it is a real problem. Tourists and new immigrants from up north feed the alligators, who then lose their fear of humans. Soon, they are snatching pets and children for a tasty midday snack.
They could probably make a much smaller sign by simply listing the things that are allowed instead of prohibited.
Bob's right... Georgetown is getting to be a PITA...
Signs, signs, everywhere the signs. Do this. Don't do that. Can't you read the signs?
Another place that goes on the "Beautiful area, but too many rules to make it enjoyable" list.
As Divemedic said, it seems obvious but then there are always the idiots that do it.
Sure is a pretty place, though.
The only thing missing from that sign is a gigantic "HAVE FUN!" at the bottom.
