Silence IS taught in every school. They need to teach skepticism and independent thought.
But it's the blogosphere! You're supposed to go off half cocked. Quiet reflection until you have something meaningful to say? Save that for political discussion at the pub.

Czar FTW. Although I do give the young men I'm training similar advice:Better to remain quiet and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.
