Is this a trick question or something?

The Czar of Muscovy looks at the large number of schools that are not planning on carrying President Obama's broadcast from MiniTruth, and asks:
Looks like the Dear Leader can’t get the time of day from the hordes of masses. Pfft. What kind of dictator is that?
Heh. That man should write for Jon Stewart. Except that'd be one big stack on un-aired hilarity.

    It makes me smile to hear how many schools are chosing to opt out of the Obama Adulationfest. I wonder how many of them would be doing so, if attendance numbers weren't one of the criteria used to determine how much cash they got.

    A local DJ here has been rallying support for a 24 hour flu on the day in question, for students in the few schools planning to participate.
