Local protests After Action Report

So on Saturday there was a "No Kings" protest at the local library.  The Queen Of The World said that they posted pix on Facebook, so there were there in the morning.

But I went by there on my way to the supermarket at 11:00 AM and there was NOBODY there.  Nada.  Zip.

That's some righteous protest, right there. [rolls eyes]

  1. Couldn't they have burned a couple of Teslas at least? I mean how do they expect to make their point?

  2. There was supposedly one of these "protests" in our town. I had better things to do than to stand on a hot sidewalk in 96* heat, staring at a bunch of crazed Mexicans across the street. My son passed the area later in the day and said the "protest" was a nothingburger with fries and a coke. I hung a 5x9 flag across my garage door and hung out in my doughboy pool with a beer. No yelling, no screaming, no crazed Mexicans, and no heat. I think I made the better choice...

  3. We rode downtown to take a look, more police than anyone else. Same way with the BLM bs, the cops don't even let it get going.

  4. Really though, why would anyone show up to protest after the sheriff made the announcement that protesters could be shot? I would bet that dissuaded many from attending.

    1. Protesters only get SHOT when they become RIOTERS and do things warranting GETTING shot! Do stupid things, win stupid prizes...

  5. We should have been trolling the leftards for years with fake MAGA protests that never were.

  6. They were only there long enough to collect a paycheck from Riots-R-Us. Which covers just enough time for reporters to get fake shots of 'thousands' composed of careful camera angles for the leftist eneMedia.

Cynical, I know, but true. We've seen it at other 'mostly-peaceful protests.'

  7. Back in the 60s, Time Magazine reported, without pictures, on a race riot at a specific location in New Orleans at a specific time. I passed there going home from school at the time. There was absolutely nothing there but normal traffic. I never read Time again.

  8. Talked to one of the deputies that worked Saturday. More cops than protestors... sigh

  9. The majority of protesters in most venues are hired and paid...by the hour. When the pay cease the protest immediately ends.

  10. Judging by the pictures the protesters were predominantly old, white and female. The ones from Detroit were especially amusing. There haven't been that many white people for decades.

  11. I did not waste time going out in the Aridzona heat to see what the idiots were up to. Why? Because Liberals lie, Lefties lie, and lunatics just aren't any fun to watch when the temp reaches 110. If they want to wander around the hot desert streets on a Saturday and risk catching a rubber bullet in the nads, let them! I'll see it on the evening news in the air-conditioned comfort of my family room.

  12. Locally the lefty bookface group claimed 300. But, their pics showed the crowd as really really thin. Mostly AWFLs. (And, my son-in-law's folks, so I refrained from commenting.)

  13. Our local paper had a picture of a pasty white ginger male holding a La Raza sign. I laughed for five minutes.

  14. Had some people out at the CSU campus, but otherwise quiet here. All the "action" was down in the Denver/Aurora area.
