Jerry Goldsmith - Ave Satani from The Omen

The Omen got under my skin, back in the day.  It is one of the creepiest horror films that I remember seeing, and a decent part of that is Jerry Goldsmith's Oscar winning musical score.

    Yes, that pushes the creep meter up to 10 -- Lyrics are scary too -- "we drink blood we eat flesh" "Hail Satan"

    Yikes!!

    As in the past, you are right as to where great orchestral music can be found these days.

    Amazing talent.
