Yep, gave away all my Falcon stuff that was 30 years old, and to this day have no interest in sportsball, I am still pissed at liberals for injecting politics into things that used to be apolitical and ruining it.
Landry and Shula were REAL coaches. One of Landry's instructions to his players: If you get into the end zone, act like you've been there before! Today, however, fourth world culture gonna fourth world culture!
I don't watch either, but from what I was reading last night and today it sounds like the "hotel game" (where they decide who's gonna win in some hotel room) is alive and well in the NFL.
Indeed. I feel the same way.
ReplyDeleteI forget how many years it been since I watched one of those games.
ReplyDeleteDon't miss it a bit
Same here, all.
ReplyDeleteExactly.
ReplyDeleteHaven't watched in years - haven't missed it a bit !
ReplyDeleteI still haven't past the 1987 strike.

I stopped watching the NFL when Michael Vick gave Atlanta the finger in the end zone and the Falcon's did nothing about it.
ReplyDeleteI haven’t watched the NFL for 3-4 years snd I don’t see that changing as long as this take-a-knee crap continues.g
ReplyDeleteQuit supporting sportsball years ago. Phuk that noise and all their woke bullshit.

+1 matism
ReplyDeleteI don't watch pro sports anymore so take this advice for what it is worth.
Dear NFL Players, you are paid to make a tackle.
No need to celebrate when you do it.

ReplyDeleteThey put the "N" in NFL, and I just turned it off...
ReplyDeleteSportsball is dead to me. And NASCAR shit the bed too... Now I spend more time on fun projects and activities. Less tv is better for me.
