Southwest Florida Blogshoot - POSTPONED

The Queen Of The World and I both are sick, and not getting better faster.  We don't think it's Covid (probably something less lethal, like yersinia pestis) but it's just not feasible to have the blogshoot this weekend.  We will pick a date in the next few weeks, so watch this space.

Sorry to everyone about the change.

  2. 3 fingers of Cardhu or Highland Park and some rack time will fix you up. You’ll probably even lick it before the shoot too!

    Now…if I get the chinkpox - I am going down for three months at least! No chores, no housework, and I will get a bedpan and insist that the old lady empty and clean it! Hey - can you get me into Aesop’s ER, guys? I’d love to hear him scream like a schoolgirl when I shart myself in his ambulance….😆👍 we could chum up and get vaxxed together like buddies, and collect the all different Sesame Street bandaids as we work through all the boosters…! I think it’d be a really great chance for Aesop to learn to play nicely with others…😂👍

  3. 1) I don't have an ambulance.
    2) I don't give boosters. Nor get them.
    3) Unless you were on death's door, you'd never get inside the building.
    4) Unless they're sedated, we let patients wipe their own asses.
    5) It's not my job to play nice with others. It's my job to keep people from dying prematurely. I'm damned good at it.

    @BP,
    Condolences and best wishes for a speedy recovery.

  5. Glad it is not the current plague; not likely to be the Justinian version. Get better fast. Get better slow. Just, just get better, okay?

  9. Got something last week, knocked me down. My wife had it bad two weeks ago, worse than mine. I was wondering if I could get around at shoot, other than point muzzle in the right direction. Get well.
