Seven years and a coupla days. He'd been 'gone' for a few on top of that. So many questions I didn't need answered at the time, that payment came due soon after. Yeah, may they all rest in peace, until we can all raise hell together once again.
Having to move my parents into assisted living or memory care this last month has made me realize all the things that I, in some way, will not be able to do with them again.
May he rest in peace.
