Information Slips Through

The MSM controls so much of what we hear that even when you know they are lying it hard to sort through toward the truth. But every once in a while you see something that is so clear, so obviously true, that it says more than just the facts of the story.

The headline is: Movers in N.Y.C. Are So Busy They’re Turning People Away.
According to FlatRate Moving, the number of moves it has done has increased more than 46 percent between March 15 and August 15, compared with the same period last year. The number of those moving outside of New York City is up 50 percent — including a nearly 232 percent increase to Dutchess County and 116 percent increase to Ulster County in the Hudson Valley.
“It felt like move-out day on a college campus,” said Bobby DelGreco, who recently vacated his apartment in Stuyvesant Town after nine years and is now living in a long-term Airbnb in Los Angeles. “All the doors were propped open, and there were moving trucks and furniture everywhere.
Matt Jahn, who owns the Brooklyn-based Metropolis Moving, said he has been inundated with customer requests. It’s more demand than he can handle. “We are turning people away because we just don’t have the capacity,” he said. “Normally, in a given summer, we spend a bunch on advertising. But we cut it this year because we couldn’t afford it. And we have still had amazing demand.”
Some of it's Covid-19. Some of it is the tax rates in New York. Some of it is unease about what has been happening with the violent protests in the cities. But it adds up to a tidal wave of people going somewhere else.

The biggest factor is releasing thousands of convicts from jail and "bail reform". New Yorkers no longer feel safe.

You can't rent a U-Haul or Ryder Rental truck in urban California, Oregon, Washington State, New York or even DC as they are booked weeks to months in advance, and at a huge price if it's one way rental.

The exodus from high-density Dem-Leftist areas is huge.

Unfortunately, the real plague is resulting from this. The spread of Dem-Leftist policies. Because the people leaving haven't learned (for the most part) anything by voting Dem-Leftist in their area and destroying it. As they spread, like plague-rats, they carry their filthy politics and political correctness with them, eventually killing the area they moved to, then the rats move on. Happened to Virginia, it's happening everywhere.

The only solution I have is the same one dealing with the 'political refugee' issue from Africa and the Middle East. Let them in to a small area, train them to fight back, give them weapons, send them back. Otherwise, shoot them all as a firebreak against their politics and religions (isn't Socialism/Communism a religion? seems to be to me.)

And, yes, Old N voted and pushed and created the environment they are leaving. Like I said above, plague rats all. (Yes, there are a few to some good people exodus-ing, but for the most part, just more leftists spreading their ideals.)

Alot of them are getting red pilled fellas - good and hard. It's one thing to pose as the tolerant multiculturist that welcomes all people of the earth - but quite another when they show up, rape your women and chit on the streets. Liberals are starting to mutiny and are even buying guns now. Don't be surprised if your blacks start voting republican.

The big issue, the one neither Canada nor America can avoid, is that our rulers need to be replaced. As it is they are unaccountable and corrupt beyond redemption and we will not vote our way out of what is coming.

Even three years ago when I rented the trailer to move from SoCal to Colorado U-Haul clobbered me with several "One Way" fees.

I ran into a guy at the dog park who was from Brooklyn (and sounded it). He's totally red-pilled and more conservative than I am. Florida, baby!

It was cheaper a few years ago to rent a Uhaul van in Utah and drive round trip to SoCal and back to help move my daughter than it was to rent one way LA to SLC. It's only gotten worse since. I put on a lot of miles in three days at a something/something per mile charge.

I was told that the charge to rent one-way from CA to TX was --3X-- the other direction.

I see trailers moving u-haul vehicles towards the coasts any time I am on an interstate. That's part of the extra charge you pay. Those rentals have to get back to where they are needed.
