Those sound like relatively minor problems. As I understand it, the situation is much worse. Consider that the F-35 is around 10 years old - and it's readiness rate is still terrible. That means that there are major, not minor, problems.
Publicly, the readiness rate is "under 50%", which would be awful for a plane that ought to be mature by now. Scuttlebutt has readiness under 20% - if true, that's disastrous.
