    thanks for the thoughts - our place is just north of Wilmington, about halfway to Jacksonville and Camp Lejeune, so we're a bit worried. But we boarded up and did all we could, so now we just wait (in Raleigh). As usual, storm surge will be damaging, but the worst problems will be the flooding inland. Floyd in 1999 killed millions of animals with the flooding. We'll see how Florence compares...
