Your Memorial Day smile

A Judge (in Providence, RI no less) dismisses a parking ticket for a Vietnam Veteran who was getting treatment at the VA Hospital.

    Unlike the liberal judge in California that this week sentenced a man that raped a 5-year old to just 90 days in jail.
