I've seen some greenie-weenie here in town driving a Nissan Leaf with a sticker that says "This Car Is Powered By The Wind!" with a little wind turbine picture.

There is a Tesla I've seen on the road in my area with a custom license plate CLPWRD which i think means the same thing.
