And what did they shut down? Did they send the military home? Close Washington, D.C. and turn off the lights? Open the gates at every federal facility and National Park and walk away until the shutdwon is over?
No, huh? They just closed the museums and parks and posted armed police and security to make sure the citizens didn't try to enter?
Fire all of them, hold a moratorium on all new laws until we elect some new ones that can balance a budget. In the real world, this corporation would have gone bankrupt for malfeasance and corruption long ago ...
