Some people will do anything to get better gas mileage


But this is a bit overkill.

    Back in the days of leaded gas, the nozzle was designed to break away from the handle assembly. I suspect that the mandated smaller diameter tubing is too strong for this process, as it seems to be much thicker gauge. When I last worked in a station in the early 70's, we stocked them near the register.
