Love that - I still remember my application for Secret Squirrel employment and the question "have you or anyone you know plotted to overthrow the U.S. Government?" I was SO tempted to write in "Yes! The voices in my head told me to", but figured that would limit my chance of being hired. It was either that or "I didn't inhale!".
Hey! How did you get my test paper? Regarding what Brigid said, my favorite was always "Has [subject of background investigation] ever advocated overthrowing the U.S. Government?" I've never heard of anyone ever answering "yes."
