When I was young, there was a chain of small-burger joints in the Baltimore-Washington area called Little Tavern Hamburgers. Same concept as White Castle. But because of a tendency of people to gobble them down, people in my neighborhood called them gutbusters. Good times.
Or it may be perfectly accurate description of the sweetmeat.
