Hillary to be charged with money laundering and accepting bribes?

The Huff Po seems to have pulled the story, so be careful:
James Comey and The FBI will present a recommendation to Loretta Lynch, Attorney General of the Department of Justice, that includes a cogent argument that the Clinton Foundation is an ongoing criminal enterprise engaged in money laundering and soliciting bribes in exchange for political, policy and legislative favors to individuals, corporations and even governments both foreign and domestic.
Hmmmm.
Original post by Frank Huguenard, since removed from HuffPo.
Double Hmmm.

One of those things as defined in the RICO statutes?

  2. I wouldn't be surprised if the FBI recommends prosecution of Hillary on grounds other than the use of an unauthorized email server where no emails had actual classification markings. In fact, it almost seems to be an easier home run. One can surmise that the FBI has more information on the Clinton Foundation than we currently know about, and that they have fitted the Clinton puzzle pieces together in a different and very revealing way.

After all, Al Capone was convicted on tax evasion charges. Not murder, violation of the Volstead act, smuggling, or any number of other crimes. Simple tax evasion. Recommending prosecution under RICO would require a lower standard of proof: if you were involved at all, you were involved. Motive is immaterial.

So, I can understand recommending some kind of RICO charge against Hillary.

But then again, I could grow wheels and turn into a wagon overnight.

    Whatever.

  3. Borepatch, as you well know, those email issues are clear violations of security. Furthermore, you can bet anything that any government who wanted to know what was on her server cracked it. Could it be the reason Obama's minions always negotiated so poorly is that the other guys always knew what we were going to propose?

If you or I had done what she did, we'd be sitting in Leavenworth while the investigation completed. Having your employee remove the classification header so you can say your email wasn't classified? Holy S&*t!!

Assuming that the leaks we've heard are accurate, of course.
